Physical Examinations

Students registering for Athletics must have a current physical examination on file in the Activities Office before the student is authorized to participate in practice/tryouts. To ensure clearance for participation, physicals should be completed and turned in to the Activities Office not later than 3 school days prior to the first day of practice/tryouts.

Students registering for Athletics in the 2024-25 school year must have a physical card on file that is dated April 1, 2023, or after.
